Also, If you aren’t available on those dates, but would love info about future retreats, or other resources Create Hope will offer for widows PLEASE fill this form out anyway! Filling this out will add you to a special email list where you can receive all the info from Create Hope Foundation.

Thank you so much! I look forward to getting to know you. And, I’m so excited for you to get to know other widows. Widows are pretty fabulous, and you will soon see that WIDOW SISTERHOOD can be a powerful force for good in your life.

We will accept applications for the next few days. After we fill all the slots, the next people will remain on a waitlist. I will notify you if you get to attend. We will require a 100% REFUNDABLE $50.00 deposit to hold your place. This is just to ensure someone is fully committed to attending, and we don’t have any last minute cancellations that could have opened up a spot to another widow. This money will be refunded to you within two days of the retreat.

Create Hope Art Retreat for Widows

It’s been my dream for years to have a place {online and in the real world} where widows from our community can support each other.   If there were one thing I would change about the beginning of my widow journey, it would be connecting with other widows earlier.
Create Hope Foundation is literally just getting started, but I’m shooting for the stars, and planning our first Art Retreat for Widows in August. Stay tuned! As more information becomes available you will find it here. The sole purpose of Create Hope is to connect local widows and help them foster relationships that will make this widow road easier to walk. Please don’t be concerned if you don’t consider yourself an “artsy” person, or if the art aspect does not appeal to you. We will incorporate many different healing strategies into a retreat. Making art has been healing and life changing for me, but making art is not the purpose of this foundation. Connecting widows so we can help and support each other is the purpose. Creating some fun projects is just the means to an end. My hope for our retreat is to foster real friendships and create a support system that will help all of us. And, I’ve got some news for you… if you haven’t spent much time with other widows, you are in for a treat. Widows are pretty fabulous. I’m so excited for all of us.
